Secondary HLTA

Start Date: September (or sooner)\nContract Type: Temp to Perm\n\n📢 The Role\n\nExclusive Education are looking to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support at a welcoming secondary school in the Bolton area.\n\n🎓 Role & Responsibilities\n\n * Support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4 in a range of subjects\n\n * Work alongside teachers to support lesson delivery and classroom activities\n\n * Deliver targeted interventions and small group sessions to support student progress\n\n * Provide one-to-one support for students where required, including those with additional needs\n\n * Assist with preparation of classroom resources and learning materials\n\n * Promote positive behaviour and support classroom management strategies\n\n * Monitor and report on student progress to teaching staff\n\n * Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment\n\n✅ Requirements\n\n * HLTA or Level 3 TA Qualification\n\n * Experience supporting students across KS3 and KS4 is ideal but primary or other settings are accepted\n\n * Good understanding of classroom practices and behaviour management\n\n * A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach\n\n * An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)\n\n📩 Apply Today\n\nIf you are a dedicated HLTA looking for a rewarding temp-to-perm role in Bolton starting in September (or sooner), we would love to hear from you.\n\n👉 Apply now with your CV or contact Exclusive Education for more information
